A.  The Sun and its family
(recommended for grades PreK-3rd)

An exciting exploraton of our family in space, including trips to the sun, moon, and planets, as well as views of the seasonal constellations.
B. The Night Sky
(recommended for grades 4-6th)

Viewing the stars, constellations, moon, planets, and their moons in the night sky of the seasons.  Comparing surfaces of the planets as seen from close up.
C.  Planets, Stars and Galaxies
(recommended for grades 7 & up)

Exploring planetary motions as seen from earth and from space.  Location and appearence of nebulae, clusters, and galaxies.
D.  Regents Earth Motions
(recommended for grades 7 & up)

Examine some of the observations with which we can form a model of the earth's enviroment- the space around us, the other objects in it, and the way those objects move.
Programs may be requested to match the topics you cover in your classroom if they differ from those listed above.

Who Presents the Shows?
Programs are presented by the staff, or by college students with a background in astronomy.

A planetary nebula, the remnants of a dying sun-like star.  The nebula began forming 10,000 years ago.
